Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative & Yoga Nidra
Awaken the body with an energising AM vinyasa flow session. In the afternoon, Abi will be leading an Asana Clinic where you can deep dive into different Yoga postures. Then we will be slowing our practise down with Restorative and Yoga Nidra to help us unwind!

Refresh with Breathwork & Ice Baths
Abi will be teaching a couple of different breathwork techniques to make you feel energised! Followed by an Ice Bath to really awaken the senses (Ice Bath is totally optional!)

Get grounded with Cacao Ceremony and more...
During our Opening we will be enjoying gorgeous, heart-opening Cacao whilst getting to know others in the group for our day retreat.
The Wellbeing Day Retreat is on Saturday 16th August from 10am - 4.30pm.

Our location for the Retreat is Middlewood House off of Prince Road in Poynton, SK12 1TW. This community space is absolutely lovely, encircled by forestry and with its own green space and paddock. Parking is plentiful and free.

Lunch and refreshments are provided on the day. Please advise Abi on any dietary requirements when booking.

Morning Sessions

10am: Opening Cacao Ceremony & Meditation
11am: Oracle card pull & Introductions
11.30am: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
12.30-1.15pm: Asana Clinic (Your chance to bring postures to the table that you want to learn more about! From Down dog to Handstand!)

1.30PM - LUNCH

Afternoon Sessions
2.30pm: Breathwork & Ice Baths (Ice Baths are optional!)
3.15pm: Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
4pm: Closing

Timings are just a rough outline, the activity timings are subject to change.

What to bring...
​
We will hopefully be spending most of our time outside (UK weather permitting) please bring layers for Savasana and Breathwork as body temperature will drop!
All Yoga equipment will be provided but if you enjoy practising on your own mat please bring it along. Bring with you a bottle of water and swimwear and a towel if you're planning on joining in the Ice Bath!
