Welcome to the Om & Overnight Yoga Retreat! This Retreat spans two days and one night in a gorgeous Retreat centre surrounded by ancient woodlands. Enjoy Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Nidra and Meditation sessions on this relaxing reset!

Friday 3rd October

10am: Arrival & Check-in

11.00 - 11.45: Opening Circle, meditation & intention setting

11.45 - 12.30pm: Awakening Vinyasa Flow Yoga

1pm: Lunch

2.30pm: Yoga Asana workshop*

4pm: Nature walk

5pm: Free time

6.30pm: Dinner

8.00pm: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

9.15pm: Free time

Saturday 4th October

7.30am: Meditation & Journaling

8am: Coffee's, Teas

8.30pm: Mandala-Vinyasa Yoga

9.45am: Breakfast

11am: Yoga Asana workshop*

1pm: Lunch

2.15pm: Meditation & Active breathwork practise

3.15pm: Closing Circle

4pm: Check Out

*In the Yoga Asana workshop we will workshop postures that you are working towards or have questions about. For example, if you're working on holding your Crow posture, we will do some drills to prepare you, cover anatomy of the posture and try some variations. This Workshop is led by what you want to learn!

Please note that you are welcome to attend as many or as few of the scheduled sessions as you would like.

Your room for the night...

All bedrooms are in the same style and have the same facilities. Each bedroom has a double bed, a small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite.

Food! Glorious Food!

All of your meals are included in your Retreat price. Mealtimes are served sharing platter style, where you are free to help yourself to as much or as little food as you would like.

Snacks, soda and alcoholic beverages are not included in your Retreat price. But you are more than welcome to bring these along to enjoy!

Our chef can cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know if you have any after booking.

Retreat Cost & Payment Plans

Early Bird (Booking on or before May 31st): £222

Regular price: £260

The Retreat can be paid off in one lump sum or can be split across 3x payments of £74. Please follow the separate payment plan link to set up your plan. If you run into any issues please email abi@yogabyabi.com and she will be happy to help!

After turning off Bramhall Moor Lane onto Newby Road take the 2nd left turn. We are in the building after Alexander Windows on the left hand side. You will see a banner on the metal gates for Flow & Fly. Parking is free.
