Learn popular Yoga asana (postures)
Learn common Yoga postures and how to get into them safely. You will also learn how to use Yoga props to adjust postures to make them more comfortable for your body.

Get to grips with breathwork & meditation
You'll learn breathing techniques to help manage stress, anxiety and anger to promote a calmer mind. You'll also be guided in various ways of exploring meditation (because there's no one right way) so you can bring these mindfulness techniques home.

Develop your mind-body awareness
Develop your mind-body connection and gain a greater understanding of your body awareness. You'll start noticing areas of tension or discomfort and learn how to address them. You'll also learn how your emotions and mental state are linked to physical sensations and how Yoga can help in addressing them.
Our next Beginner's Yoga course starts on Tuesday 10th September from 6.30-7.30pm. The course is for 4-weeks as follows:
