Abi offers Reiki I, II and Master courses in Hazel Grove, Stockport. Understand how Reiki can help benefit you and bring more balance and calm to your mind, body and spirit. In Reiki II, you'll develop the knowledge gained in Reiki I and be taught the Reiki symbols and how to professionally and powerfully create Reiki healing sessions for others. In the Reiki Masters course you'll be given further systems to deepen your connection to Reiki, and be taught how to attune others to continue the Reiki lineage.

Abi has been studying Yogic philosophy and the Chakra system for over 7 years. In her courses you'll learn about the Chakra system and how Reiki healing energy brings balance to the 7 major Chakras within. In addition you'll also learn about the history and philosophy of Mikao Usui who developed the Reiki healing system.

Reiki is amazing for heightening your connection to Spirit. During Abi's courses you'll be expertly guided on how to develop and hone your intuition, how to work with your guides to deliver Reiki sessions that make a real difference.
