Reiki is universal energy healing. A Reiki practitioner works to bring balance and harmony to the Chakra system by using positive energy to remove blockages, stagnations and help increase energy in lethargic Chakras.

During this traditional Usui Reiki training you will learn about the history and principles and Reiki. Plus, the practical elements of using Reiki to help heal the self (and others for Reiki II).
 
In Reiki Masters, you will be taught how to attune other students to Reiki energy so you can continue on the Reiki lineage. You will also be given additional Reiki healing symbols to work with. You'll strengthen your knowledge around Reiki distance healing and learn more in-depth about Reiki history and philosophy.

Reiki I
Reiki I is the beginning of your Reiki Healing journey. This is where you will lay the foundations of learning how to work with Universal Reiki energy and is the first-step in beginning the Reiki self-healing process.
 
During your Reiki Level I training, you will learn:
Learn the art of energy healing to address current and past imbalances.
Learn hand positions for self-healing
Gain an understanding of the Chakra system and how Reiki works into the Chakras
Ethical practises for Rieki practitioners

Reiki II
​During Reiki Level II you will learn how to bring your Reiki healing energy to help others. This is a magickal and empowering process enabling you to spread your light to others who seek it. 
 
During your Reiki Level II training, you will learn:
Reiki Symbols & Mantras: Reiki symbols help direct and enhance energy, you will learn about the 3 sacred symbols - Power Symbol (Cho Ku Rei), the Mental & Emotional Symbol (Sei He Ki), and the Distant Healing Symbol (Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen).
Distance healing: during Reiki II you'll learn how to send Reiki healing energy to others who are not physically in proximity to you. This is an invaluable skill for connecting with friends, family or clients who are not able to visit you for in-person Reiki sessions.
Deepened spiritual awareness: during Reiki Level II you may experience heightened intuition and sensitivity to others energy/aura. This will enable you to connect on a deeper level with people you offer Reiki to and enable you to tailor sessions specifically to them.
Professional services: Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing, whereas Reiki II brings this healing to others. You'll learn how to offer professional Reiki treatments in a safe & secure way that inspires trust and confidence from your clients.
 
Reiki Masters
​During your Reiki Masters you will learn the Reiki master symbol, how to attune other students, and deepen your connection to the Universal Reiki energy 
 
During your Reiki Level Masters training, you will learn:
Reiki Master Symbol and how to use them in your healing journey and sessions with clients
You'll learn how to attune other students to continue on the Reiki lineage
You will deepen your connection to Universal Reiki energy, people often report feeling a stronger sense of calm, wellbeing and as though Reiki flows more readily and strongly during following their Masters certification
How to deepen your connection with your Spirit Guides to facilitate deeper healing for yourself and others
How to care for clients, especially when attuning them. What to expect from them and how to safeguard them
 
There are no entry level requirements for Reiki Level I. To take Reiki Level II you MUST hold a Reiki Level I certificate. Likewise to do your Reiki Masters, you must first have completed your Reiki I and Reiki II. You do not have to have completed these with Abi, your lineage can be from different guides.
 
You'll receive a course manual with in-depth information about Reiki for you to take home. You will also receive on-going support from Abi as you embark on your Reiki healing journey. After completing the course you will receive your Reiki certification.
