Meet your guide

Abi is an experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher and has led Yoga Retreats all around the world. With a fun and down-to-earth approach to teaching she meets students where they are at in their practise ensuring they feel safe, supported and empowered.

Thurs 27th March

from 4pm: check-in & unpack

5pm: opening circle, intention setting and meditation

5.30pm - 6.30pm: evening Slow Vinyasa Yoga 

7.30pm: dinner

​

Fri 28th March​

​

7.30am - 8am: meditation & journaling

8am - 8.30am: coffees & teas

8.30am - 9.45am: Slow Vinyasa Yoga

10am - 11am: breakfast + free time

11am - 1.30pm: group hike or breathwork workshop

2pm: lunch + free time

5.30 - 6.30pm: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

7pm: dinner

8pm: games night!

Sat 29th March

7.30am - 8am: meditation & journaling

8am - 8.30am: coffees & teas

8.30am - 9.45am: Slow Mandala-Vinyasa Yoga

10am - 11am: breakfast + free time

11.30am - 1.00pm: group hike or breathwork

2.00pm: lunch + free time

5.00 - 6.15pm: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

7pm: dinner

Sun 30th March​

​

8.15am - 9.00am: slow Vinyasa Yoga

9.00am - 9.30am: closing circle + meditation

9.30am - 10.30am: check-out

Please note that you are welcome to attend as many or as few of the scheduled sessions as you would like.

the Rooms

Bedrooms are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities and amazing views of the hills and gardens around the house. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor for all guests to use.

Shared Twin rooms can be occupied as a single person space, the cost to take the room as Private is £780

Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans for all of our Yoga Retreats. Secure your room with a deposit of £100 and pay off the rest of the Retreat in monthly instalments or ensure the balance is cleared 30 days before the Retreat start date.
