We have a variety of different Yoga Classes here at Flow & Fly designed to cater to all levels, abilities, ages. If you are unsure which class is right for you, drop us an email or message on social media and we would be happy to help you!
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a flow based Yoga class that connects breath and movement. A fun, full body practise that gives an amazing stretch and cultivates a sense of presence and mind-body connection. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Ready to relax? Our Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra is incorporated into our Women's Circle's and Sound Baths every month. Our Yin Yoga classes every Tuesday evening are a slow mat-based class that offer a deep stretch.
Beginner's Yoga
We offer Beginner's Yoga classes as a 4-week course or drop-in. Committing to a course will enable you to develop your practise & knowledge week by week (it'll also save you a few £) but if you cannot commit to a course you're more than welcome to come to Beginners Yoga on a drop-in basis!
Sculpt Yoga
Sculpt Yoga is a fitness class inspired by Yoga postures so you don't need any Yoga experience to join-in. We use free weights and postures to help build muscle, tone and increase our flexibility. Set to fun tunes, this class is a great workout!
Inversion Workshops
We offer Inversion workshops for those who want to learn more advanced postures that require a little more coaching and time to iron our technique. These workshops range from Crow, headstand, handstand and forearmstand workshops.
