Family Yoga & Sound Bath

Service Description

The Family Yoga and Sound Bath session is for parents and their little ones to explore some Yoga and experience the relaxing, soothing sounds of Crystal Sound Bowls. In this session, we will practise breathwork and meditation techniques, along with animal-led Yoga postures. We may even take aprt in some partner-Yoga postures with our parents! Following our Yoga we'll explore the amazing benefits of the Crystal Sound Bowls. Kids are welcome to bring along an instrument or rattle (anything that makes noise) to participate in the session. Toys will also be provided to entertain out little-r guests! This session is open to parents and kids from walking up until 8 years. If your child is younger, please book onto the Parent & Baby Sound Bath experience. If your child is older, but you feel they will really enjoy the session - please book on anyway and we will be glad to welcome them. Please note that each booking is per 1x child and carer(s), for 2x kids and carer(s) please book 2x spaces.
