Mandala & Vinyasa Yoga Classes
In these Intermediate sessions your Mandala and Power Vinyasa Yoga will energise the body as well as deepen your understanding of Asana. Develop your practise with more advanced Yoga postures such as Forearmstand, Headstand, Crow and more.

Devotional Yoga practise
Learn about Yoga beyond the postures, we'll be deep diving into Yoga Philosophy during our meditation sessions and learning how we can apply insights from Yogic texts to our modern life.

Meditation & Transformational Breathwork
Meditation and Transformational Breathwork is truly a deep and moving experience. In these sessions you'll be guided through pranayama and meditation focusing on a particular theme before moving into an active transformational breathwork for true change.

Who is this Retreat for?
Ready to deepen your yoga practice both on and off the mat? This immersive weekend retreat is designed to help you do exactly that.
Over two days, we’ll explore a richer, more expansive yoga experience. In our Bhakti Yoga Retreat, you'll go beyond the basics, deepening your asana practice, learning new postures, arm balances, and inversions that often don’t fit into a regular class.
But this retreat is about much more than movement. Together, we’ll dive into Yogic philosophy and explore how these ancient teachings can enrich and transform your modern life. You’ll also be guided through powerful spiritual practices, including meditation and transformational breathwork, to foster deeper self-awareness and connection.
With six Yoga classes, plus meditation and transformational breathwork this Retreat is for anyone looking to deepen their overall understanding of Yoga and how to live a more Yogic life beyond the mat.
Saturday
7.00am: Vinyasa Yoga
9am: Breakfast
10am: Bhakti Yoga (devotional)
11.30am: Asana Clinic
1pm: Lunch
2.30pm: Yin/Yang Yoga
3.30: Closing circle

Your Accommodation
All bedrooms are in the same style and have the same facilities. Each bedroom has a double bed, a small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite. All bedrooms are Private, you do not have to share with other guests!
You can book your Retreat by payment in full or by Payment Plan. When booking via Payment Plan the cost of the Retreat is spread into 4x monthly payments of £65
£260 or pay in 2x instalments of £130
About Abi
Abi has been teaching Yoga since 2019 and is qualified in multiple styles such as Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin and Yoga Nidra. Abi qualified as a Reformer Pilates teacher in 2025 and has been teaching Reformer ever since. She brings her down to earth personality and humour to every class ensuring that her students have a great time. She is passionate about meeting students at their level and making them feel supported and empowered in her classes.
